Welcome to Stratton Audley Barn — our small, independent, family-run haven tucked away in the pretty village of Stratton Audley. Alongside our cosy café, you’ll find a charming seasonal Christmas and gift shop, brimming with treasures to explore.
Open from 1st October to 20th December, pop in for one of our delicious Paninis, a slice of homemade cake or a tasty savoury bite, all freshly prepared each day, or treat yourself to one of our special afternoon teas for a truly indulgent experience.

Freshly ground from bean to cup, whether you’re in the mood for a silky flat white, a classic cappuccino, or a rich macchiato, our skilled baristas will craft your perfect coffee — to enjoy here or take away.
Enjoy a Panini from 11:30 - 2:30pm or add a savoury homemade treat; from sausage rolls to cheese scones, there's a light bite to enjoy every day.
Pair it with something sweet from our tempting daily selection of cakes, scones, and slices, all baked fresh by the wonderful Cake House.

Selling Christmas Trees is where it all began for the Howson family at the Christmas Barn. We have built a reputation for selling carefully selected, quality trees. With a focus on choosing a selection of trees that have been grown in the best possible conditions; this year our trees are from Wales, perfect to support moisture and needle retention, the best quality trees.
